User Stories & User-Centric Design

Understanding the user is paramount for any product or business. By studying the user, its environment and behaviour we can get a better understanding on their needs and wishes. I often use Persona’s, User Stories & Empathy Maps to explore the true motivation of the user.

User-centric design means understanding what your users need/want, how they think, and how they behave and incorporating that understanding into every aspect of the design process.

To ensure user-experience and usability (and quality and consistency in design) I create style guides and guidelines for companies. It wraps up a design and makes it ready for production.
